About
Whole Matter is led by Anthony Maley, Kristof Sajdak, and Daniel Donoghue.
They have worked together across technology, product, architecture, design, and commercial development for years.
Before Whole Matter, Vouch.io
Tony, Kristof, and Daniel led Vouch together, an identity technology company.
Vouch developed technology for connected products and enterprise systems. Its technology was licensed for use in Toyota's digital car-key system through a multi-year commercial relationship.
The product was only part of the work. Each organization brought a different environment, different constraints, and a different question about what the technology could make possible.
That repeatedly meant exploring the technology in context, understanding what should change because of it, and taking promising directions into prototypes and proofs of concept.
The work became broader than one product.
Vouch was a technology company with its own products, systems, and commercial relationships.
Working with that technology across different organizations also developed a broader capability: understanding what a technology could make possible in a particular context, testing whether the idea held up, giving it form, and working through what would be required around it.
Whole Matter takes that capability beyond a single technology or product.
And we kept building.

Krutho
Krutho is a credential authority built and led by the same team.
It continues the work in a different form, developing new technology while exploring what it can enable in real systems and organizations.
Anthony. Kristof. Daniel.
-
Anthony Maley
Tony has built and led technology businesses, taking new technologies from early exploration into commercial use.
His work spans technology, product, and business, finding where a capability can create something new and pushing the opportunity to make it real.
-
Kristof Sajdak
Kristof is a systems architect focused on distributed systems and the technical structures required to make complex ideas work in practice.
He brings depth in architecture, feasibility, and the conditions a system must satisfy to hold up.

Daniel Donoghue
Daniel is a design director working across brand, product, and digital systems.
His work turns technological possibility into something people and organizations can understand and experience. He gives emerging ideas form, exposes the relationships between them, and shapes the product, system, and design around the change the technology is intended to create.
Led by the people you meet.
Tony, Kristof, and Daniel remain accountable for the work.
When a matter requires expertise beyond the practice, the right people are brought in around it. The practice can expand without handing off the responsibility or trust.
Bring us the whole matter.
If you have a technology to explore, an idea to give shape to, a question to answer, or something already taking form, put it in front of us.
Whole Matter starts with a conversation.
